Barenbrug USA appoints new North East Territory Manager - Forage
Tangent, OR – August 16, 2004 – Lee Kirk, vice president of Forage for Barenbrug USA has appointed Chris McCracken as the new Territory Manager - Forage for it’s northeastern territory. Chris has been involved with the seed business from the age of 8, detassling seed corn in Pennsylvania. He promoted seed sales from 1998 through 2002 in New York State and Pennsylvania while working for Doebler’s PA Hybrids. In 2003 he accepted the position of Sales Coordinator for T.A. Seeds. As Sales Coordinator he was primarily responsible for developing their sales and marketing division that was responsible for the Northeastern USA including eastern Ohio. Chris successfully hired 7 Region Support Managers to support 150 dealerships within the area. Throughout his career Chris has always been involved with forage seeds, promoting Barenbrug’s high quality forages through Doeblers and T.A. Seeds. During Chris’s tenure he has planted many observation plots demonstrating the importance of these high energy, high quality forages. He has seen first hand how the improved Barenbrug varieties outperform the competition. Over the years Chris has formed many strong relationships in the forage industry.
