1. Eligibility:

• The Barenbrug USA Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to all legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
• Employees of Barenbrug USA, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
• Entrants are only eligible for one submission. Multiple submissions from the same person are not allowed and are subject to disqualification.

2. Giveaway Period:

• The Giveaway period begins on September 21st, 2023 and ends on September 22nd, 2024.

3. How to Enter:

• To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the survey provided by Barenbrug USA during the Giveaway period.
• Each participant will receive one entry into the drawing for completing the survey.
• Winners will be selected at the sole discretion of Barenbrug USA based on the quality and relevance of their survey responses.

4. Winner Selection and Prizes:

• A limited number of participants who complete the survey may be selected as winners by Barenbrug USA based on the criteria mentioned in section 3.
• The remaining participants who completed the survey will be automatically entered into a random drawing for a grand prize.
• The number of winners selected at the discretion of Barenbrug USA and the details of the grand prize will be announced at the end of the Giveaway period.

5. Notification of Winners:

• Winners will be notified via the contact information provided in their survey responses.
• If a winner cannot be reached within 5 business days after the initial attempt to contact them, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Prize Acceptance:

• Winners must accept the prize as awarded and may not transfer, exchange, or substitute the prize.
• By accepting the prize, winners agree to allow Barenbrug USA to use their name, likeness, and survey responses for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

7. Taxes:

• All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. General Conditions:

• Barenbrug USA reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or unethical conduct.
• Barenbrug USA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway in the event of technical problems, fraud, or other circumstances beyond its control.
• By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Barenbrug USA from any and all liability arising from their participation or acceptance of the prize.

9. Governing Law:

• This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, and any legal action related to the Giveaway shall be filed in the appropriate state or federal court located in Salem, Oregon.

10. Privacy Policy:

• Any personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used in accordance with Barenbrug USA's Privacy Policy.
